By accessing and placing an order with Cotly, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by these terms and conditions.Cotly reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorised to use them. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping

We offer free shipping within New Zealand on all orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product
• Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged are not eligible for return

Product Warranty

All Cotly products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers structural failures and defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@cotly.co with your order details and photos of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Cotly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
